This law firm’s founder and primary advocate for its clients, Robert L. Miller has extensive courtroom and trial experience in Orange County, Los Angeles County, Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. He is personally responsible for over $2 million in civil case settlements and has completed to conviction more than 100 criminal trials during his career.
Before founding Robert Miller & Associates, he had extensive trial experience -- including personal injury trials and criminal trials -- with the law firms of Wallin & Klarich and Rizio & Nelson. This experience gave him the skills and confidence to found his own firm so he could serve clients and provide excellent service to those clients, on his own terms.

Bita Hamidi
Attorney at LawBita Hamidi already had extensive experience when she joined Robert Miller & Associates. A California attorney since 1996, she previously worked as an executive director of human resources for National University. In that capacity, she dealt every day with issues involving labor and employment law as well as discrimination claims. In addition, she ran her own successful law firm in the Los Angeles area.
Ms. Hamidi is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and is also admitted to practice Federal Law before the United States Southern
District and Central District of California. Fluent in both English and Farsi, she brings her exceptional reputation, communication skills and connections with the Iranian community to our law firm. Bita hosts a weekly television show regarding Immigration, that is broadcast worldwide.
Although Ms. Hamidi handles Immigration matters of all types such as
Family,Employment, Citizenship, Asylum and Removal Proceedings, she primarily focuses on Investment and Business Immigration matters.
Ms. Hamidi is very active and well respected throughout the
immigration law community. She is a member of the American Immigration
Lawyers Association and is particularly active in the Investment
sections., focusing on EB5 and E2 visas. As an Immigrant herself she
possesses an effective combination of being a personable advisor and
a fierce advocate for her clients. She builds close personal
relationships with each of her clients, which enables her to develop
comprehensive legal strategies tailored to the specific immigration
situations that they are each faced with. This also allows her to be a
