Robert L. Miller is the founding member of the law firm and has extensive courtroom and trial experience, having handled cases and trials in courts in Orange County, San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside and San Bernardino counties. He has personally settled over two million dollars in civil cases, and has handled over 35 criminal trials to verdict.
His background in law, and his extensive trial experience with criminal and civil personal injury trials with the law firms of Wallin & Klarich and Rizio and Nelson helps him better represent clients with their needs in or out of court.

Bita Hamidi
Attorney at LawBita Hamidi is an attorney licensed by the State Bar of California. Before joining the Law Firm of Robert L. Miller and Associates, she worked as the Executive Director of the Human Resources Department at National University, dealing daily in matters involving issues related to Labor and Employment Law, as well as Discrimination Claims. She also ran a successful law firm practicing in the greater Los Angeles area.
Ms. Hamidi is admitted to practice Federal Law before the United States Southern District and Central District of California, and is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association. Ms. Hamidi is also fluent in Farsi and has extensive connections within the Iranian Community.
