Robert L. Miller is the founding member of the law firm and has extensive courtroom and trial experience, having handled cases and trials in courts in Orange County, San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, Imperial, Kern, and Santa Barbara counties. He has personally settled over two million dollars in civil cases, and has handled over 35 criminal trials to verdict.
His background in Business Law and Litigation, Estate Planning, Real Estate Limited Partnerships and Incorporation, as well as his extensive trial experience with criminal and civil personal injury trials with the law firms of Wallin & Klarich and Rizio and Nelson helps him better represent clients with their needs in or out of court.
