He also obtained a jury verdict against Uber and its founders during the first phase of a trade secrets theft case involving a potential $1 billion dispute. In another matter, he secured a jury verdict for an AmLaw 200 law firm in a case seeking $500 million in damages related to civil RICO, fraud, and other tort claims.

His representative matters also include an $8 million judgment on a counterclaim for a global engineering company, including $2 million in punitive damages, as well as a verdict involving more than $1 million in punitive damages in a sabotage case.
