The Courthouse in Fullerton, California, known formally as the North Justice Center of the Orange County Superior Court, handles DUI cases from all of the following jurisdictions:

As a result, if you were arrested for DUI by the Anaheim Police Department, or by the Fullerton Police, or any of the other city police departments listed, your case would be at the Fullerton Courthouse, and your court appearance for all jurisdictions above will be at the North Justice Center, located at 1275 North Berkeley Avenue, Fullerton, California 92832-1258.

Anaheim cases only are prosecuted  by the Anaheim City Attorney’s Office.  All other cases are prosecuted by the Orange County District Attorney out of their Orange County DA North Justice Center office.

The North Justice Center is a full security facility, so you will be subject to a security check when entering the Fullerton court.

Your arraignment, your first court appearance, would usually be in Department N-8, on the fourth floor.  From there, all pretrials are handled in Department N-9.  If your DUI case goes to trial, cases can be handled by any open courtroom in the building.
