As a result, if you were arrested for DUI by the Anaheim Police Department, or by the Fullerton Police, or any of the other city police departments listed, your case would be at the Fullerton Courthouse, and your court appearance for all jurisdictions above will be at the North Justice Center, located at 1275 North Berkeley Avenue, Fullerton, California 92832-1258.

Anaheim cases only are prosecuted  by the Anaheim City Attorney’s Office.  All other cases are prosecuted by the Orange County District Attorney out of their Orange County DA North Justice Center office.

Your arraignment, your first court appearance, would usually be in Department N-8, on the fourth floor.  From there, all pretrials are handled in Department N-9.  If your DUI case goes to trial, cases can be handled by any open courtroom in the building.

The jury pool in Fullerton is known for being particularly anti DUI, and jurors are often not sympathetic to drunk drivers, especially given certain high profile DUI death cases in the news lately.

However, our firm has obtained complete dismissal of all DUI charges, even in cases involving an accident and a high blood alcohol level.  Your case may not require DNA testing, as the case highlighted did, but we are willing to search every defense to get your Fullerton DUI case dismissed.

DUI cases in Fullerton can be required in certain cases to attend an alcohol program.  See our list of Orange County Alcohol Schools for more information.

For any Fullerton DUI cases, you will have to deal with both the Orange County criminal courts as well as the Department of Motor Vehicles.
